For three hours, your family and friends get private use of the GardenWorks garden to celebrate, play, explore, and make the kind of birthday memories that do not come from another indoor party room.

Bring your own food, cake, decorations, and birthday vision. We’ll provide the space, the garden magic, and a helping hand throughout your celebration.

Note: ** You may bring your own food, cake, drinks, decorations, and party supplies, subject to GardenWorks guidelines.

Private party rental starts at $450 and includes:

  • Exclusive use of the GardenWorks property

  • Three hours of party time

  • One additional hour before the party for setup

  • Up to 75 total guests

  • Guest parking

  • Picnic tables and covered barn space

  • Refrigerator access

  • Restroom facilities

  • A scheduled feeding experience with Duncan and Daisy, our friendly goats

  • A GardenWorks event host to assist with light setup and trash removal

  • The $450 private rental includes up to 75 total guests, including both children and adults.

    Parties with more than 75 guests are subject to an additional $100 fee to cover added staffing, property maintenance, and supplies.

    Any event exceeding 75 guests must receive prior approval from GardenWorks.

birthday party faq’s

  • Complete the party request form below with your preferred date, party time, estimated guest count, and any add-ons you may be interested in.

    Submitting the form does not reserve your date. Once GardenWorks confirms availability, a $150 nonrefundable deposit is required to officially secure your party. The deposit will be applied toward your total balance.

    The remaining balance is due one week before your event.

  • The $450 private garden rental includes up to 75 total guests, including both children and adults.

  • Yes. Families may bring their own food, cake, drinks, decorations, and party supplies.

    All decorations, outside vendors, large rental items, and special setup requests must be approved by GardenWorks in advance. Additional planning and decorating assistance may also be added to your party for $100 plus supplies, when applicable.

  • GardenWorks is primarily an outdoor venue, and parties take place in a natural garden setting.

    Weather may include sunshine, heat, wind, rain, or cooler temperatures, so guests should dress appropriately. When possible, portions of the party may be moved into available covered areas. A fully indoor alternative is not guaranteed.

  • Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least one month before your scheduled party.

    Because your $150 deposit holds a specific date and time, it is nonrefundable if you cancel. Approved date changes may allow the deposit to be transferred to the new date at GardenWorks’ discretion.
